Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, Government of Barbados has granted the charter and license to Bridgetown International University to operate as a recognized medical university in the Island of Barbados, North America.

Medical Council of India (MCI)

Established in 1993, Medical Council of India (MCI) is the exclusive authority in India for granting recognition to medical qualifications and universities, registration of medical practitioners and issuance of the license for medical practice.
Bridgetown International University is approved and recognized by MCI. BIU medical graduates can go to India, clear MCI screening test, and start their medical practice in India.
